How to Book

In person at the North Pier Theatre Box Office, or at any Ticketmaster outlet (fee payable).

On the phone during Box Office Hours on 01253 623 304 or via the 24 hour Ticketmaster Hotline 0844 847 2452 (service and handling charges apply).

Go straight to the Ticketmaster secure website by clicking on their logo below, from there you will be able to see the complete North Pier season that is now on sale, and book directly.

Box Office Opening Times: 10am - 5pm or until 20 minutes after the show has started on performance days.

By post to Box Office, North Pier, The Promenade, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 1NE. Please include SAE or add an extra £1.00 to the total cost of your tickets to cover postage and administration. If paying by cheque, please see payment conditions for details.

Payment Conditions Please make cheques payable to ‘Six Piers Limited’. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Maestro. For all card payments, we charge a fee of £1.00

Box office Collection Accepted Ticket collection during Box Office hours. The credit card used for the transaction must be shown when collecting tickets.

Returned Tickets: Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded. However, we will endeavour to exchange or re-sell unwanted tickets for a charge of £1.00 per ticket where available.

Accessible Seating Ramp and lift access to the venue. For disabled bookings please call the venue on 01253 623 304. Please arrive early for assistance.

Join us, before and after the performance in the theatre foyer for hot and cold drinks, snacks, ices and sorbets. The cast from the show may just come and join you.

General Rules

All mobile phones must be switched off during performances. Strictly no cameras, video cameras, phone cameras or recording devices to be used during any performance. No Food. No bottles or cans. No alcohol or illegal substances. No dogs except guide dogs. All children attaining the age of 3 years must have a valid ticket.

Re-entry permitted for smokers.
